Product Information

Winton Global/Spruce Capital Homes plants the seed, logs the trees and creates quality panelized walls, trusses and floor systems. They are associated with seven lumbermills and so they are not as affected with the changing costs of raw materials. They laser number every portion of the home and provide a guide so piece one goes in place one. They go one step further and load the truck in the order you need to start, so that when you unload the truck you have the stuff you need first on the top of the pile.

We offer support throughout the build, from design to telephone technical support or on site troubleshooting

With every package you will recieve an estimate detail relevant to your package

Standards include:
-Hardie  Cement Fibre Board Siding (vinyl, canexel, cedar or log siding available)
-Preframed 2x6 exterior walls ( or as specified by customer)
-Preframed 2x4 interior walls ( except in basement due to cement floor)
-Fir Sheathing not OSB ( except by request) 
-Treated lumber decking as shown on plan
-Jeld-wen low e vinyl sliders in white ( casement, 3 pane and other colors or materials available by request).
- Choice of door knobs exterior
- All fasteners and materials required to assemble the home.
-Customized assembly instructions
-Optional drywall, choice of casing, choice of interior door and insulation package available.


Complete packages are available- these include drywall, insulation and interior doors. In remote areas all
finishing touches can be delivered. Siding can be changed to reflect your personal touches like log siding.
