The customer had demolished the previous cabin, they created this home with a 4 foot ICF basement, tile and laminate flooring throughout. Things to note when building in this area:

 * Ensure you have your Real Property Report prior to looking at scheduling. The average wait time in this area is at least 3 weeks and most likely 3 months due to the location. You will require this for your application

* Ponoka is the nearest trade centre for this build. You will recieve the most positive responses from trades in this area.

* You must first apply with your direct area for a Development Permit and then with Alberta Permit Pro for the Building Permit. The cost of the permits is based on the projected building cost of your home - but also on the book value of the build. For this project $3000 was budgeted.
