How do you get an Executive Home at a great price? It is easy if you start off right. We will start off with a general idea and estimate of what you want. Once we recieve your first deposit we start on the intensive design phase of the home as this is typically the phase that takes the longest in creating your home as you are the captain of this dream ship, so enjoy the ride!
Your Design Starts Here
You need to build a home around every aspect of your lifestyle. We suggest spending time getting to know yourself- what do you love about your house- what do you dislike about your current house and past houses. Yes it is a significantly more in-depth process than you’ve heard of or seen before. Throughout the process you will be asked to examine all aspects of how you live in your home:
- How you entertain or plan to entertain in your new home
- The types of visitors you have and how that will change as your family grows or changes
- Flow of traffic
- Hobbies
- How and where you eat
- How and where you work in the home
- How your kids and their friends play in the home
These are just a few of the many aspects of your life we discuss with you. We also want you to look at the shape and topography of the home site to maximize views, account for slopes, maximize space and natural features, etc. Chances are you have already done this...Solar power options will also affect your choices.
The process starts with an interactive interview in which we ask detailed questions, and then carefully listens to what you say, and how you say it—your physical reaction, tone of voice, body language. We drill down on every question to measure your response. Then we evaluate each answer to determine the priority of each feature and its place in the budget. We make sure you get what’s most important to you while staying true to the style of the home and your budget.
After we spend a little time getting to know you, and most importantly you get to know yourself we will draft the home and after you feel comfortable that this is close to what you want we will walk you through the 3D model of your home. Then once it is the way you like and we have revised your estimate to encorporate all of your finishing choices like interior exposed beams or tiger hardwood flooring we will give you a firm price on your home. There are no surprises, except the value you will get and the reliability of our products.
We then meet you at your lot in as little as 90 days where we set your new home up and then you can begin your moving day...Or pay for a vacation while a mover does the heavy lifting with the money you saved not using a traditional custom site builder.
