Want to see if your plan will work? Visit https://www.metropix.co.uk/mtpix/nugu.aspx and you can either have them auto draw your hand drawn sketch ( instructions easy and available) for about $8 or quickly and easily draw online using their software (free). Then if you would like to see your plans in 3D pay an additional $11.99-$22.99 and you will be able to see your home in 48 hours in a beautiful 3D rendering in not one but two design styles to take a tour of your home. There are limitations to the program as it is not able to show unique window types and sizes or vaulted ceilings but can show high ceilings and the general feeling of a room size. Please note that Cameron Manors Ltd is not associated with this software program and cannot address issues with the program. 3D renderings usually will cost 16 hours of labour at $50 an hour for a CAD drafter to create. This is a great cost effective way to see your home plan and get room sizes the way you want them before you start drafting with us, however please consult your Cameron Manors representative to clarify roof lines and window sizes at the true drafting stage to ensure accuracy of the plan.
